Where we ship
We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States. Countries we don't ship to can't be selected at checkout.

Prices and shipping are charged in your local currency, shown at checkout. The shipping cost shown at checkout is final, with no extra handling fees.
How long delivery takes
- Processing: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding NZ public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 pm NZ time are processed the next business day.
- Delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Total: usually 6–13 business days from order to delivery.
These are estimates. Carrier delays, customs checks, weather and peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas can add time.
Where orders ship from
Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partners and delivered by local carriers in your country, such as NZ Post in New Zealand. Your tracking link shows each step.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link when your order ships. You can also track it on our [Track Your Order] page.
Customs, duties and import taxes
For New Zealand orders, GST is included in the price. You won't pay anything extra on delivery. For international orders, any taxes we're required to collect are shown at checkout. Other duties charged by your country's customs on delivery are your responsibility.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived 15 business days after dispatch, or arrives damaged, email info@unknownform.com with your order number. If the carrier confirms a parcel is lost, we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. Email us as soon as possible if it's wrong. We can change it before your order ships, but not after. We're not responsible for delays or non delivery caused by an incorrect address you entered.
