Shipping Destinations & Pricing

We currently fulfill and deliver orders to the following regions:

  • Eligible Destinations: New Zealand

Rates:

  • Standard Delivery: Free on every order (no minimum spend required).

Processing & Transit Timelines

  • Daily Order Cutoff: 2:00 PM NZST. Orders received after this window move to the following business day's queue.

  • Fulfillment Window: 1–3 business days from Monday through Friday.

  • Time in Transit: 5–10 business days from Monday through Friday.

  • Expected Total Delivery: 6-13 business days.

Note: Delivery frames are estimates. Unforeseen carrier bottlenecks, weather events, or high seasonal volume may cause minor variations.

Package Tracking & Support

  • Order Updates: As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, a dispatch email containing a tracking link will be sent to your inbox. You can also trace your shipment anytime on our Order Tracking Page.

  • Delayed or Missing Shipments: If your parcel appears stalled, lost, or damaged in transit, reach out to our team at info@unknownform.com right away so we can investigate and resolve it for you.
